How to place orders on the dashboard?

Step-by-Step Guide to Process an OrderStep 1: Log in to Your Shopify Store Admin
  • Open your Shopify store’s admin portal and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Access the Orders Section
  • Once you’re logged in, navigate to the Orders section on the dashboard. Here, you will see a list of all the orders placed in your store.

Step 3: Select the Order to Process
  • In the Orders section, find the specific order you want to process.

  • Click on the order ID of this order to open its details.

Step 4: Review and Copy Customer Details
  • On the right side of the order details page, you’ll find the customer’s information, including:

    • Customer Name

    • Contact Information (such as phone number and email)

    • Address

  • Copy this customer information, as you’ll need it to process the order in your Drpshippr dashboard.

Step 5: Log in to Your Drpshippr Dashboard
  • Open a new tab and log into your Drpshippr dashboard with your Drpshippr credentials.

Step 6: Navigate to the Orders Submenu
  • On the Drpshippr dashboard, go to the Activity menu.

  • Under Activity, click on the Orders submenu.

Step 7: Add the Order in Drpshippr
  • In the Orders submenu, click on the Add Order button to start adding a new order.

Step 8: Enter Customer Information
  • In the Add Order form, paste the customer information you copied from Shopify. Make sure to enter all required details accurately to ensure smooth processing.

Step 9: Update Order Status
  • After filling in the customer’s information, locate the Order Status field and set it to Processing. This will mark the order as ready for fulfillment.

Step 10: Confirm Completion
  • Double-check the information to ensure everything is accurate.

  • Once confirmed, save the order details. The order is now successfully processed in Drpshippr.
