How to check order Status?

Step-by-Step Guide to Check Order Status
  1. Log in to Your Drpshippr Dashboard

    • Start by logging into your Drpshippr account through the main login portal.

  2. Navigate to the Orders Section

    • Once logged in, look for the Activity menu on the dashboard.

    • Under the Activity menu, you’ll see a submenu labeled Orders. Click on Orders to view a list of all orders associated with your account.

  3. Select the Order You Want to Check

    • In the Orders section, find the specific order you’d like to track. You can scroll through the list or use any available search or filter options if provided.

    • Click on the order to open its details page.

  4. View Order Status and Tracking Information

    • Once the order’s details page opens, locate the Order Notes section.

    • Below the order notes, you’ll find both the order’s current status and a tracking link.

  5. Check the Tracking Link

    • To track the exact location of your order, click on the tracking link. This link will take you to a page with real-time tracking updates from the shipping carrier.

Understanding Order Statuses
  • In Transit – The order is currently on its way to the delivery destination.

  • Delivered – The order has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

  • RTO (Return to Origin) – The order is being sent back to the original sender due to delivery issues.

  • NDR (Non-Delivery Report) – The order could not be delivered, and additional steps may be needed to complete the delivery.

  • Canceled – The order has been canceled and will not be delivered.
