How to check order Status?
Step-by-Step Guide to Check Order StatusLog in to Your Drpshippr Dashboard
Start by logging into your Drpshippr account through the main login portal.
Navigate to the Orders Section
Once logged in, look for the Activity menu on the dashboard.
Under the Activity menu, you’ll see a submenu labeled Orders. Click on Orders to view a list of all orders associated with your account.
Select the Order You Want to Check
In the Orders section, find the specific order you’d like to track. You can scroll through the list or use any available search or filter options if provided.
Click on the order to open its details page.
View Order Status and Tracking Information
Once the order’s details page opens, locate the Order Notes section.
Below the order notes, you’ll find both the order’s current status and a tracking link.
Check the Tracking Link
To track the exact location of your order, click on the tracking link. This link will take you to a page with real-time tracking updates from the shipping carrier.
In Transit – The order is currently on its way to the delivery destination.
Delivered – The order has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
RTO (Return to Origin) – The order is being sent back to the original sender due to delivery issues.
NDR (Non-Delivery Report) – The order could not be delivered, and additional steps may be needed to complete the delivery.
Canceled – The order has been canceled and will not be delivered.
Following these steps will help you efficiently monitor the status and progress of your orders through the Drpshippr dashboard.
