2. Why was my full remittance not credited?
The discrepancy may be due to your registration payment terms, which generally include an advance payment and a portion deducted from the remittance. The remittance amount will first be adjusted against the remaining balance.
3. Why was my remittance adjusted?
Remittance adjustments are made according to the terms agreed upon during registration.
4. When will I start receiving orders?
Orders may start coming in from the second day. To achieve stable sales, allow 1520 days for the ad campaign to deliver optimal results.
5. When will my ads start running?
Ads may begin within 72 hours after your Shopify store setup, assuming there are no issues such as account bans or payment problems.
6. What is the cost price of my product?
You can view the cost price of your product directly on the homepage of your seller dashboard.
7. How much margin will I receive per order?

8. Why are my ads not running?
